Urgent Open local Invitation to Bid

Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch invites competent and licensed Bidders for supply and Transportation of 166, Modern Bee hives with two super without accessories for its intervention Werda sites such as Dogatemben, Enderta, and T/milash, implemented by Re-greening Africa phase II and Strengthening evidence generation to scale landscape restoration and improve lively hoods (SSLR) Projects,Hence those who fulfil the following criteria's are invited to participate:-

Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply and transport the materials to project sites before or within 15 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/ToT, having renewed license in supply of Agricultural imputes and similar materials, TIN certificate and legal receipt -copy of original documents defining legal status, place of registration and principal place of business showing original on the opening date.

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price including VAT through CPO in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect price quotation form with specification and detail delivery sites from Mekele sub branch purchasing unit during working hours (Tuesday to Wednesday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm), from 7/04/2026 up to 8/04/2026 AND(Tuesday- Friday) from 14/04/2026 up to 17/04/2026 G.c during working hours. The bid box will be officially closed on 17/04/2026 G.C at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
