Tigray Water and Energy Bureau through government of Ethiopia has received (a Budget) from Food system resilience FSRP hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of from Food system resilience (FSRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for:-
The bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (contractors) Having VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of January, 2026, TIN No, renewed business license valid for 2026.

1. Bidding will be conducted through Request for quotation (RFQ).
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Water & Energy Bureau, Tell 0920326084/0914723753 and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ] at the address office no 11.
3. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address Above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 500.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
4. Sealing and marking of Quotations: Quotations should be placed one original technical and one original financial and, the number of copy is Two copy of technical & TWO Copies of Financial documents sealed with separate envelope. and duly marked as copy and original with the above Quotation Reference No, the name of the Bidder and the Purchaser.
5. Bids must be valid for a period is 30 days and the bid security shall be 28 days beyond the bid validity period after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 150,000 in the form of un conditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at (9:00 A.m. April 16/2026)
6. Bids shall be opened at (9:15 a.m./3:15 local time March 16/2026) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
7. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected
8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
