  3. አሸናፊ ድርጅት በሚታዘዘው መሰረት ኣቅርቦት ለማቅረብ እና ተፈፃሚ ለማድረግ ለአንድ ዓመት ውል የሚያስር እና በውሉ መሰረት ተፈፃሚ የሚደረግ መሆኑን ማወቅ አለበት።
