Relief Society Tigray (REST) invites interesed bidders to conduct consultancy service for Baseline Servey Assessment for Integrated Household Food Security Project.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to note for the following requirements and given your quotation according

1. interested bidder who have license in this field and renewed their license for the year 2014 or 2006 may obtain bid documents against payment non-refundable birr 30 /thirty birr/, during office house from REST head office, Mekelle /office no 13/

2. the bid must be accompanied with bid bond in the amount of two percent /2%/ of the offer in the form of CPO

3. Technical, Financial and CPO must be submitted separately with separate envelops.

4. Bid should be submitted to REST head office, Mekelle in sealed before or on Jan 09, 2014 at 11:00 AM

5. Bid will open on Jan 09, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the present of bidders or their representative who prefer to attend

6. REST reserves the right to accept or reject the bid
