Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified.

Bidder has to submit 2 years Warranty period (supported by official letter addressed to the University)y offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23;

Bidder has to submit 3 Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;

The bidder shall Provide a letter that shows the agreement to provide after sales service, which includes maintenance, repair, spare part delivery and other related service up to the end of warranty period which is 2 years.

Bidder has failed to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered ü The purchaser entity will cross-check the reliability and legality of the submitted letters/certificates from

the manufacturer and can disqualify the specific items when the relevant documents are found illegitimate.

ü All equipment must be work proven, original, and genuine.

ü Operational and maintenance manuals in English Language shall be supplied for each equipment and system.

ü All necessary software, components, and other accessories for all of the Equipment and Tools should be included.
