The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means with a minimum amount of 250,000,000ETB, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following cash-flow requirement:

Submission of audited balance sheets and other financial statements as required in the BDS Clause 15.2(b), for the last three/3/years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long term profitability

Valid Tax Clearance

Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6.

Having been submitted valid trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6.

In the case of a bid submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1

The bidder shall propose a minimum of 5 Engineers with minimum of 2 and above years of experience on similar projects, holds BSc or above and minimum of one valid certificate. Further, at least two of them must hold an active relevant certificate and must be on bidder’s payroll for a minimum of Six Months. Note that Payroll will be checked during evaluation. Diplom/BSc in IT,CS, SE, Network and Hardwar, IT Support and other related certificates

At least staff currently work for the Bidder.

Among the staff mentioned in Sub-Clause, Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet the following requirements

Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered

Models and brands of items shall be specified: Brand and model must be specified in the compliance table.

On-site operation & maintenance training for 10 staff. All costs will be covered by the bidder. Include all the training details as per the training standards such as outline, schedule, methodology. And shall be given before the start of the project

Datasheets for all the major equipment (will be verified from the OEM website)

Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered a minimum of two years

Proof of site survey conducted by bidder. Attendance will be taken

Overseas OEM-certified training for 4 staff. The bidder should provide proof from the vendor.

Compliance tables fully completed (will be verified from the OEM website)

Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6
