| Terms and Conditions | The MOR Mekelle Branch Office has a right to cancel the bid Partially or fully!! መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(C.P.O)የጨረታ ቀን ከማለቁ በፊት መቐለ ወደሚገኘው መ/ቤቱ 2ኛ ፎቅ ቁጥር 20 በአካል በመቅረብ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ የማጓጓዣና ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ሸፍኖ ገቢዎች ሚንስቴር መቐለ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቃል፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ባለሙያ ስለትክክለኛነታቸው አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል፡፡ የጎደለ፣ ወይም ከመስፈርት (specification) ውጪ የሆኑ እቃዎች አቅራቢው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል፡፡ ከዚህም በላይ በመጫን እና በማጓጓዝ ሂደት ለሚፈጠረው በእቃው ላይ ለሚደርሰው ጉዳት አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡ |
