Chura Abugida KeneTibebawi Mahiber (CAKTM) is a vibrant, youth-led organization registered under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) Agency for Civil Society Organizations with the official Registry number 2808 in 2019. It is a national humanitarian organization that envisions a future where youth in Tigray thrive both socioeconomically and politically, reaching their highest potential. CAKTM has extensive experience in operating both humanitarian aid and development programs in the Tigray Regional State. It has implemented more than 39 projects over the past decades, directly benefiting more than 1.6 million young people. CAKTM impact covers various sectors including-education, health, agriculture, peacebuilding, and economic development. CAKTM would like to purchase Desktop computer, laptops, Data center hard dick camera, Mobile phone and equipments for project entitled "Equipping CAKTM Digital Training Center to Facilitate Digital Marketing Training for SGBV survivors" funded by Austrian Development Agency.
Chura Abugida keneTibebawi Mahiber (CAKTM) now invites interested bidders to submit "Bid" for the Supply of Electronics desktop/laptop compute, Data center hard disks, Camera, Smart phone Mobile. A complete set of bidding documents is available for issuance to eligible bidders. Invites all eligible and competent suppliers which fulfill our needs to bid for the supply of the above goods as per the following:
Bid Description and Requirements:
1. Renewed business license for 2017 E.C.
2. Copy of renewed and relevant business license.
3. Copy of the TIN, VAT registration certificate, Supplierer's certificate.
4. Suppliers should submit bid security In the name of Chura Abugida Kene-Tibebawi Mahiber 2% of Bid amount (28, 000 ETH Birr) in the form of CPO.
5. The bidders cannot Altere, amend or withdraw offers after tender is opened.
6. The tender documents must be purchase 200 ETH birr
7. The tender documents must be marked clearly, bidders name, address and legal stamp of the supplier and submit in sealed envelope in hard copy to Chura Abugida KeneTibebawi Mahiber head offices at located Tigray Region, Mekele,, Adi-Haki Sub-city Tabiya Hidasse, nearly to Imagin one Day. Electronics bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
8. Bid documents can be obtained from Chura Abugida KeneTibebawi Mahibe office starting from July 22, 2025 at 2:30 AM (Local Time) until July 30, 2025, at 3:30 A.M(Local Time).
9. Bides will be opened on July 30, 2025, at 4:00 A.M(Local Time) in the presence of bidders' or their representatives in our office.
10. If the successful bidder fails to sign the agremment within 3 days of the bid openinig their CPO will be forfeited and the amount credited to over orgnazetion, at which point the second ranked bidder will be selected as the new winner.
11. The supplier must be able to deliver the items to our office, within 7 days after the issuance of purchase order.
12. The bid Validity date is 15 days.
13. Our organization reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids if suitable bidders do not participate in the bid or if better options are available.
Accordingly, Chura Abugida KeneTibebawi Mahibe (CAKTM) invites interested and relevant bidders to submit their bid for the goods described in the lot specified and attached herein.
