* **Eligibility Qualifications:** Bidders must present a valid commercial trade license renewed for the 2018 E.C. fiscal year, a TIN certificate, and a VAT registration certificate.
* **Submission Requirements:** Proforma documents must clearly feature the organization's full name and official stamp/seal; offered prices must remain fixed with no adjustments for inflation.
* **Key Dates & Location:** The tender closes on August 9, 2026, at 10:00 (Local Time) and will be opened the same day at 10:30 (Local Time) at the Mekelle Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Associations office.
* **Terms:** The Chamber reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the bid process.
Proforma Notice
The mekelle Chamber of commerce and sectorial Associations wishes to procure stationary materials to be use for its office services through an open competitive proforma. Therefore, eligible bidders who meet the criteria listed below are invited to participate:
1. Must possess a valid commercial trade license that has been renewed for the 2018 Ethiopian calander (E.C) fiscal year.
2. Must submit a taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) copy along with the trade license.
3. Must be able to provide Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate credentials.
4. Price adjustments or variations due to inflation will not be permitted.
5. The full name and official stamp/seal of the organization must be clearly affixed to the proforma document.
6. The mckelle Chamber of commerce and sectorial Associations reserves the right to cancel the bid either partially or in it's entirely.
7. This proforma will close on August 9/2026 at 10:00(Local Time) and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 (local time) at the office of the mekelle Chamber of commerce and Sectorial Associations.
