* **የብቃት መስፈርቶች፦** የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የታክስ ክሊራንስ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የቫት (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት እና የክትትል/መልካም አፈጻጸም ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ።
* **የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Bid Bond)፦** 300,000 የኢትዮጵያ ብር በCPO፣ በባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ከአነስተኛና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዝ በሚጻፍ ደብዳቤ ከጨረታው መዝጊያ ሰዓት በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት።
* **ወሳኝ ቀናት፦** የጨረታ ማብራሪያ መጠየቂያ ማብቂያ ነሐሴ 10 ቀን 2026 (Aug 10, 2026)፤ ጨረታው የሚዘጋው ነሐሴ 17 ቀን 2026 ከጠዋቱ 3:00 ሰዓት (Aug 17, 2026, 9:00 AM) ሲሆን በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 3:30 ሰዓት (9:30 AM) ይከፈታል።
