Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branchMekele sub branch invites competent and eligible licensed Medical equipment suppliers who can supply and install the equipment's in 13 health facilities of our intervention weredas of Adigudom, Wejerat, Alaje, Saharti and Dogatemben project sites, Implemented by Lafe saving emergency Maternal and child health response project.

Therefore, those who are interested and fulfil the following criteria's are invited to participate:-

Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply the Medical equipment's before or within 10 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, having Renewed License of 2018 E.C in Medical equipments and tools and who can provide QR coded receipt

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price through CPO or unconditional Bank guaranty in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect Terms of reference document with specification from Mekele sub branch Admin section during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm), from 11/06/2026 up to 19/06/2026 G.C or 4-12/9/2018 E.C.

The bid box will be officially closed on 19/06/2026 G.C or 12/9/2018 E.C at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
