* **Issuer & Scope:** The Women Association of Tigray (WAT) is inviting eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of refreshment materials (specifications available at the WAT finance office).
* **Eligibility & Requirements:** Bidders must possess a renewed business license for the year 2016 E.C., be VAT registered, and submit a 2% bid security in CPO from an approved bank.
* **Important Dates:** The bid is announced from 01/10/2018 E.C. to 05/10/2018 E.C., with the closing deadline set for 05/10/2018 E.C. at 4:00 local time.
* **Opening & Terms:** Bids will be opened on 05/10/2018 E.C. at 4:30 local time at the WAT head office (Kebele 15) in the presence of bidders or legal representatives; WAT reserves the right to cancel the bid in full or in part.

5 Bid closing date 05/10/2018 e.c at 4:00 local time and will be openedat 4;30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head office located in kebele 15,
6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full
7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
