Tender Notice for the Supply of Non-Food Items

humedica e. V is a Germany-based humanitarian organization that has been operating in Ethiopia since February 2010, delivering humanitarian and development assistance across more than six regions of the country. The humedica e. V Ethiopia Country Office hereby invites eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of non-food items (NFIs) required for its WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) project located in the Tigray Region.

1. Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. A valid and renewed Trade License

2. A Registration Certificate confirming eligibility as a supplier of the Submission Deadline specified products

3. A valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate

4. Submission of a Bid Bond in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) in the amount of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr), payable in the name of humedica e. V

5. Provision of samples of the items to be supplied

2. Tender Procedures

Bidders may obtain the tender documents free of charge from the humedica Country Office during working days (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Complete bid submissions must include:

All required legal and supporting documents (as listed above under items 1-3)

Physical samples of the proposed items

A detailed financial proposal for each item

Submissions shall be made in person at the humedica Country Office during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Following the evaluation of submitted documents and financial proposals.

humedica will notify the successful bidder(s) via email and by posting the results on the notice board at the Country Office premises.

humedica e.V reserves the full right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part.

All bids must be submitted to the humedica eV Ethiopia Country Office within seven (7) consecutive days from the date of this announcement.

Late submissions will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified.
