Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch invites competent and licensed Bidders for supply and Transportation of 30, Modern Bee hives having one super with accessories for Samre Werda Lemlem Arena project site implemented by IA-ICSP Project

Therefore, those who fulfil the following criterias are invited to participate

Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply and transport the materials to project sites before or within 15 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, having renewed license in supply of Agricultural imputes and similar materials, TIN certificate and legal receipt copy of original documents defining legal status, place of registration and principal place of business showing original on the opening date. Who can provide QR CODED RECIEPT?

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price including VAT through CPO in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect price BIDE DOCUMENT with specification and delivery site from Mekele sub branch Administration section during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:00Pm), from 4/05/2026 up to 11/05/2026 G.C Or from 26/08/2018 up to 3/09/2018 E.c.

The bid box will be officially closed on 11/05/2026 G.C/3/9/2018 E.C at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
