The Carter Center Ethiopia is a non-profit international NGO committed to fighting disease. The Carter Center Ethiopia in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Health. Regional Health Bureaus, and other partners is striving in the prevention, control and elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases for over the last twenty-five years in Ethiopia.
The Carter Center - Ethiopia (TCCE) Country office is looking for potential field vehicle Rental Company to provide excellent services for one-year contract base for better implementation of project activities in central and provincial levels in different regions of Ethiopia. The Carter Center Ethiopia project activities are mainly held in Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR, Gambella, Beneshangul Gumz, Tigray and Afar regions.
The Carter Center - Ethiopia (TCC-E) invites sealed bids from registered suppliers under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the below listed rental vehicles

1. Where a supplier wishes to participate for this bid must have license and register by the tax authority.
2. The bidding documents may be collected by interested suppliers from The Carter Center Ethiopia country office (located in Addis Ababa. 3. The bidder should have renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C. its Tax clearance certificate valid at submission of bids & VAT registration certificate with taxpayer registration certificate.
4. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders fulfilling the above criteria and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in English Language.
5. The bid document must be WAX sealed.
6. Bids must be accompanied with a bid security of not less than Birr 5,000.00. The Bid Security should be either in a form of Cashier's cheque of certified cheque or Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee or cash deposited against receipt. Bid securities in the form of Insurance bond or in any form other theses shall not be acceptable.
7. Bids must be delivered to the above office or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Country office Logistic and Procurement department before the closing date on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM
8. Bids will be opened on May 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM in The Carter Center Ethiopia (TCC-E) Logistics and Procurement department, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
9. The Carter Center Ethiopia reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
